Our story
One building
at a time
Bravas Living began in 2014, when our founders, an architect and an estate agent who had worked on some of the city's largest towers, decided to build something small. The first building had twelve homes on a quiet street in Jumeirah. Every one sold before the frame was finished, mostly to people who had walked past the site.
We have kept the same rule since: build only what we can watch over ourselves. That means a handful of projects at a time, a design team that draws every facade by hand first, and a site team that knows every buyer's name.
Our agency side grew out of the same idea. Buyers kept asking us to help them rent out, resell or find their next home, so now we do, across the city and not only in our own buildings.
