What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a call or subscribe, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address and message. We also count visits to the site and which pages are viewed, to understand how people find us.
How we use it
To reply to you, including by phone, email or WhatsApp, to arrange calls and visits, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it. Replies may be written with the help of software, including automated assistants, and you can always ask to speak to a person.
Who sees it
Our team and the software providers that run our website, booking and customer records. We do not sell your details.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time, or unsubscribe from messages, through the contact form or by replying "stop" to any message.
