Marea Residences
Marea is our flagship: a twenty-storey tower on a quiet stretch of the Marina promenade, designed so every home has a balcony deep enough to live on. The facade is fluted limestone with dark bronze frames, and the planting spills over the balcony edges as it grows in.
There are only three homes per floor, so most apartments have windows on two sides and a view of the water. Inside: travertine floors, oak joinery, a full-height window in every bedroom and kitchens with real storage.
The frame is complete to level fourteen and the facade mock-up is approved. Handover is planned for the fourth quarter of 2027.
